20 years old, losing weight, obvi. I started at 153lbs and am (slowly) making my way to 125. Since starting this, Ive also realized i have a slight binging problem. As in I come home from school annnd 15 minutes later, Im 500 calories guiltier. so any tips for that, just holla, id love to have them! anyways, all inspiration is welcome!
